Access to the portal

All important links can be found at the bottom (footer) of our website. There we also have the 2B Advice Personal Privacy Portal as well as the online appointment booking.

If you want to save the link as a favourite, you must save the following URL manually in your favourites, as it changes after logging in.

Orientation

The green tiles on the website can be clicked on. If you click on our logo, you will be redirected to the main page.

Also, if you have more than one company, you can manage them via "Change client" change.

Login

To log in, enter your user name and password.

Yours User name is your e-mail address.

When you log in for the first time, you will receive a temporary password by e-mail from 2B Advice. After you have entered the password, you must change it. Please note the increased requirements of at least 12 characters, upper and lower case letters and a special character.

Reset password

Click on "Forgotten password".

Then follow the instructions and questions from 2BAdvice. You will then receive a link to change your password.

Enter your e-mail address. And click on "KennwReset location"

Attention: It is possible that the e-mail will be sent to the alternative address defined when it was created.

Orientation in the portal

In the tile "Processing activities" you will find the list of processing activities. Data processing activities are documented here. If changes are necessary, please let us know.

In the tile "Measures" you can see the measures we have created that are pending and need to be completed. On the right-hand side, you can see the number of measures that are pending or overdue.

Under the tile "Documents" you will find documents and guidelines, which we will make available to you if required. In addition, further external guidelines can be accessed here.

In the tiles under "Status E-Learnings" you will find the data protection laws that are currently in force and a tile through which you can make an appointment with your data protection advisor.

In the tile "Assessments" you will find, for example, the latest TOM guideline. You cannot make any changes here.

Finally, you will find the tiles "Data protection breach", "Rights of data subjects".

Data protection violations can be reported according to the information sheet. (follows)
